This experience can be hard to put into words as it is very much a feeling practice. In this class, you will be guided to connect with your body and breath as we move to a playlist of inspiring songs. We will lean into safety around exploring what it feels like to take up space, make noise, find productivity in play, sink into pleasure and explore your inner power. Each experience is themed to touch different emotional aspects within the body and will be unique to you. Connect with yourself as you close your eyes and move to this very internal experience of exploring your feminine range.
