Get in touch with your senses Alchemize your emotional body Bring aliveness back to your heart An intuitive movement class designed to sink you into your sensual body, free your most primal state and connect you to your inner innocence. This experience can be hard to put into words as it is very much a feeling practice. In this class, you will be guided to connect with your body and breath as we move to a playlist of inspiring songs. We will lean into safety around exploring what it feels like to take up space, make noise, find productivity in play, sink into pleasure and explore your inner power. Each experience is themed to touch different emotional aspects within the body and will be unique to you. Connect with yourself as you close your eyes and move to this very internal experience of exploring your feminine range.

Cancellation Policy

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please honor the following policies: No Shows and Cancellations To be courteous to other clients and to me, please give 24-hour notice of cancellations. Except for emergency situations, missing an appointment without proper notification may result in a $25 fee assessed to your account. All fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the session given, you will be responsible for the "full" session amount. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We thank you for understanding and look forward to serving you.
