Women's Celebration + Embody Circle

Join us for an evening of connection, healing, and celebration!

We bring together the power of breath, sound, movement, and reiki energy to connect you to yourself and something greater. The evening will open with a grounding meditation and breathwork, followed by a fun intuitive dance party where we welcome all the weird, wild, soft, bold, and tender sides of you into the room.

This movement experience is designed to move you through the whole essence of your feminine being- from power to pleasure and play, you get to express it all. Music and invitational cues will guide you through as you intuitively move. We create space for you to explore your senses, activate your inner power, and spend time with your most innocent self. This experience is wrapped up with the support of reiki energy and time for integration. 

At the end of our time together, my goal for you is to be more in touch with your body and her power, experience more aliveness coursing through your veins, and have more tools to help you alchemize stored energy and emotions. This is a healing experience for your body, an outlet for self-expression, and a way to connect and celebrate yourself like no other experience.

No dance experience is required. This is a very internal practice and will be facilitated with eyes closed to allow your body the space to drop in and be as she wishes to be.
