A lens implant surgery that young me was told would never be possible. And now here we are, with a life changing surgery date only 3 weeks away.

I’m terrified.
And really freaking excited.

We start at the end of January.

We all know how beneficial walking, working out and moving our bodies can be for our health and wellbeing, both mentally and physically, but did you know how beneficial and helpful signing/sounding, crying and intentionally breathing can be?

This isn’t new news. These methods have been around for eons.

I’ve always been a promoter of crying. It is one of the best ways to move stuck and excess energy out of the body.

Water has memory and we are all just big squishy fluid bodies full of water. Water that holds a memory or all of your experiences. When we cry, we release old stories, patterns, traumas and emotions that are not needed anymore.

Intentional breathing also helps to move energy. The more oxygen we bring into the body, the more flow of life force we have moving through our bloodstream. And this in turn helps the electrical flow of our bodies

Sounding, in any form, is simply creating vibration within the body. Our voice boxes are our own little sound healing devices. How cool is that?! A lot of us have so much pent up in our throats because we have felt we aren’t able to use our voices, hold our tongue or our scared to share our truth.

This container is the next evolution of the Remembering Journey that took place last year.

We are inviting 2–3 more souls to join us in deepening their craft and stepping into sacred service this year.

What the Facilitation Journey Includes:

Experiencing Energetics Weekend Immersion (Prerequisite) January 31 – February 2 This immersion bridges mindset, somatics, emotional, and spiritual teachings. It creates a cohesive understanding of how energy weaves through all of these elements of the human experience.

Six Months of Guided Learning:

Every breathwork journey I facilitate emulates the same path as the hero’s journey.

We start by grounding and settling the system into the present moment. We take time to allow the system to slow down so that it feels safe and ready for what is to unfold. We then begin to venture deeper into the canvas of the body, each breath takes you a step further into discovering what your body holds. Mid session is when we get to find the magic and slay the dragons. This can be where the ultimate alchemy and shift happens or simply the most euphoric sense can wash over. Once we’ve battled the demons and retrieved the treasure, we venture out to the other side where the ought begins to reappear again. We begin to emerge triumphant. With more insight, clarity, purpose and power that was discovered along our path.

Every session, we walk this path again, discovering more and more each time. More magic, more clarity, more euphoria, more patterns, more hurt, more bliss, more you.

The Path of Self Discovery, our breathwork community, is open for registration until January 6.

2024 was the year dreams were fully realized. It was a year of home-making, animal tending and slowing down. This first full year without a T4. I finally dropped the old self-sufficient, truck driving, multi job working, beer drinking, harder faster attitude identity that had checked all her independent girly boxes and settled into the life of partnership and devotion.

It was also a big transition year, the year I settled into my big dream life becoming my real life, but also found myself a little lost for, now what? I’ve always strived to make the impossible possible or the kinda goals that some people may think are ridiculous and now I found myself unsure of what I wanted next.

Something kinda cool happened over the holiday break. After a lot of downtime and time away from social media, I found myself excited and driven for some crazy goals in my new career field.

An industry that is slowly gaining traction in alternative health, healing and medicine. Energetics are becoming more and more talked about. Spiritual connection is becoming more and more sought out. Our worlds got turned upside down and now we are curious for things we may have never thought for ourselves before.

2025 is where I get to add to this dream life in ways I could never have seen before now. New wild visions and realities to work towards. Supporting our local community and fellow dreamers in coming into relationship with their energy, personal power and spiritual bodies. To forge a path in educating facilitators in becoming energy fluent and model a cyclical life led by the body.

A happy holi-void-mas time to you and yours!

The time of year where we don’t know what day is what or where you need to be when.

I have spent this holiday season more in my pjs than not, taking less photos than ever before- 1 selfie, 1 tree and the annual family tree hunt video + screenshot later, and stayed in more than most years. I’ve been learning to love the slowness of winter and the uncertainty of the void more and more each year.

Things that have helped me love on winter more:
• Thinking of it as hibernation over depression
• Daily bush walks even when I didn’t want too, always feel more connected after
• Daily self talk- rest is productive, waiting is progress, and it’s safe to slow down.
• Upping my personal Breathwork practice to reconnect to my power and essence when I feel like a pos.
• A good mix of alone time, partner time and friends/family time.

It’s ok to do less. The edges of hustle culture are crumbling. There are some big outer planetary shifts coming at the beginning of 2025 that are going to challenge the way we operate in our day to day as a collective. Less hustle, more ease.

Breathwork is my magic button for keeping myself centred and grounded through these changes. The Path of Self Discovery is where I support others in their Breathwork Journey. The membership is open until January 6th for the winter season.

Holy moly the message has been loud and clear lately!

We are in a season of WAITING! This means putting on those patient pants no matter how uncomfortable they are and coming into stillness. No actioning allowed! I mean, there are no rules in this room, so do as you wish, but I sure as heck have to put this rule on myself in this current climate. Currently, Mars, Jupiter and Uranus are all in Retrograde (Mercury just went direct on us thank goodness!). This means we are in a big time of review. The planets are asking us to take a big ol’ PAUSE and have a wee look at what is working and what isn’t in our lives. The waiting part of this is the most important. Wait and clarity will come. Surrender and have faith that there is magic to come after the stillness. We see it in nature every winter! So take the next few weeks to really be patient with yourself and life. Everything is working out for you, always.

Winter is turning into one of my favourite season ❄️✨

There is something so beautiful about the quiet and stillness this time of year brings. There is no better time to hibernate the actioning and rest in reflection. Winter is the time to dream and scheme and play with all the beautiful intentions you want to bring to life in the coming year.

Let the intentions remain still as nature reflects the power of stillness. We are in a time of waiting. Wait to confirm the dates. Wait to start the project. Wait to firm up the details. Wait.

The same way we wait as the pot of fresh soup simmers to create the most rich flavours. Let those ideas and intentions simmer and percolate.

There is so much magic, richness and clarity that comes in the waiting.

With the lack of sunlight, this time of year can be rather challenging for most. Here’s how to decrease the effects of SAD on your system during the winter months:

• Get outside. Allow your body the chance to climatized to the colder temperatures so your nervous system doesn’t override the energy levels associated with this time of year.
• Get as much sunlight as possible in your eyes and on your skin. Sunlight signals our bodies to absorbed the Vit D supplements we are taking so it can be used optimally.
• Rest more than usual. Socially we operate in the season of summer 24/7. Honour the seasons by taking the time to slow down and go inward more. The same way nature slows down and hibernates, allow your body to do the same.
• Eat with the season, warm drinks and whole foods are your friends. Avoid a lot of fresh produce and cold beverages. This brings the body more into alignment with the currently season so it doesn’t feel like you are always at a tug of war between a summer diet and a winter atmosphere.
• Self care is even more important this time of year! Make physical activity, meditation, Breathwork, journaling and time for reflection a priority. This is a time to reflect, not act. Plan for next season but do not implement until the sun comes back again.

It is safe to slow down.

And this is why there will never be too many women in the self discovery and spiritual exploration industry. To lead a life of sacred service you do not need to:

Pull oracle cards daily
Use essential oils
Have crystal in every pocket and bag
Speak in fluffy spiritual language
Wear flowy robes
Dance on the internet
Have daily rituals
Use tinctures and potions

There is a lot of attention put on external items and things in the spiritual world. In my world, we don’t need anything but a body and voice to share our magic with the world.

We need a devotion to service, a commitment to a holistic life, and the embodiment of emotional and energetic inelegance.

I am a woman who continues to embody the messy journey of an evolving healer and mentor. I am devoted to this path, through and through. I started the journey of understanding energy when I was 15 when there was only energy and women’s circles.

The external things are fun additions but at the end of the day, all you need is you.
